William Darity is Bull City born and raised. He began performing at local venues while studying music at Durham School of the Arts. He then studied jazz guitar at Oberlin Conservatory and returned to Durham in 2011. Since his return, he's worked with many jazz, reggae, Rn'B/soul, hip-hop and rock artists - most recently appearing or collaborating with Durham's own Africa Unplugged, Young Bull and Freely Live. He also leads jazz/soul/pop fusion project, Durty Dub.
